SECONDARY ABDOMINAL PREGNANCY-A RARE CASE REPORT

Abstract


A 26 year old women from rural india, a case of G2P1L1 with previous caesarean section done 9 months ago,with history of 5 months amenorrhoea presented to  casualty with complaints of lower abdominal pain for 3 days,on evaluation she was diagnosed to have secondary abdominal pregnancy through the previous LSCS scar             dehiscence, which corresponded to the gestational age but fetus was dead. With prompt diagnosis and immediate           surgical treatment life of the mother was saved.
