A Rare case report on Youssef's syndrome

RAMYA JEYALAKSHMI S

Abstract

Youssef's syndrome is the least common type of urogenital fistulas. It is vizusalised as the occurrence of              fistulous tract between uterus and bladder. This complication occurs due to inadverdant injury to the urinary bladder             causing the vesicouterine fistula. The classical symptom triad of this complication was described by Youssef in 1957.Since the rate of caesarean section is increasing, the occurrence of this condition is higher than before. Herewith I am submitting the case report on Youssefs syndrome operated in our            hospital.
