A CASE OF CHOROIDAL METASTASIS WITH BRONCHOGENIC CARCINOMA AND LIVER SECONDARY.
Abstract
A 52 years old female, already a diagnosed case of bronchogenic carcinoma with liver secondary was referred with complaints of diminished vision in RE since 5 months. Examination showed RAPD in RE with fundus showing a solitary mass in the infero-temporal quadrant with overlying shallow retinal detachment. LE was normal. B-SCAN of RE showed a hyper-echoic, homogenous mass with shallow RD.
