Abstract


Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome (HWWS) is characterized by uterus didelphys, obstructed hemivagina, and ipsilateral renal agenesis is an uncommon combined Mullerian and mesonephric duct anomaly. Its presentation in adulthood is even rarer.
