PLACENTA PERCRETA WITH BLADDER INVOLVEMENT CASE REPORT

Abstract


Placenta percreta is a rare complication of  pregnancy with the placenta involving the full thickness of uterine wall and sometimes invading the adjacent   structures.Life threatening haemorrhage is a fatal complication in these conditions. Incidence of placenta percreta is about 5-7. Here we report a case of placenta  percreta with bladder invasion proceeded to total  hysterectomy in our institution.
