RESHMA SHRI R

Abstract

Double synchronous primary carcinoma of cervix and vulva is uncommon. We present a 65 years old post menopausal women with papillary squamous cell carcinoma of cervix and verrucous carcinoma of vulva. Radical   hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo oophrectomy with  bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy with wide exicision of condylomatous lesion of vulva was done. Though squamous cell carcinoma of cervix is commonly seen, it is rare to have papillary squamous cell carcinoma of cervix and to have   verrucous carcinoma of vulva simultaneously. Hereby  presenting this case for its rarity.
