An unusual case of cystic lung lesion

Abstract


Large-cell neuroendocrine carcinomas
(LCNEC)are rare aggressive neoplasm
with very poor prognosis similar to small
cell carcinoma of lung. These tumors
have been reported among the elderly
age group patients. We report a case of
LCNEC in a 33 year old who presented
to us with a large cystic lesion of the left
lung
